§ 119.05 SALE OR GIFT TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21, DRUNKARDS, THE INSANE OR MENTALLY DISABLED PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or give away any tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or alternative nicotine products to any person under the age of 21, or any drunkard, insane, or mentally disabled person.
