It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation, without first being licensed by the village so to do as herein provided, to handle, deal in, sell or give away in the village any cigarette paper, rolling papers, or wrappers for loose leaf of any kind; or to handle, deal in, sell or give away in the village any tobacco products, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, alternative nicotine products as defined by the Prevention of Tobacco Use by Minors and Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products Act, 720 ILCS 675/1 et seq.
