It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, who or which is the owner, manager, tenant or possessor in any capacity of real estate premises in this village to fail to remove garbage, debris, trash or junk strewn, littered or accumulated on said real estate premises. The term
JUNK herein is defined as scrap metals, rags, used cloth, rubber, rope, tinfoil, bottles, machinery, tools, appliances, pipe fittings, utensils, lumber, boxes, crates or skids, motor vehicles and parts, and other manufactured goods so worn, deteriorated or obsolete as to render them unusable in their existing condition.

It shall be unlawful to use for residential or business purposes in the village any structure erected, moved or maintained in violation of any ordinances of the village, and it shall be unlawful to use for residential purposes any trailer, stationary railroad car or truck in the village. It shall be unlawful to use for residential purposes any building or structure not adequately provided with water and sewage disposal facilities. And it shall be unlawful to conduct or operate any business or establishment to which the public is invited for the purpose of eating, entertainment or recreation unless there are provided on the premises adequate toilet facilities for the use of male and female patrons.
