§ 52.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RECYCLABLE MATERIALS. Newsprint, aluminum cans, glass, tin, and HDPE plastic containers, and may from time to time include other household refuse items designated by the Village Board as recyclable materials based upon market conditions and available recycling technology.
