§ 52.05 PLACEMENT OF CONTAINERS.
   Refuse carts and any other additional refuse receptacles or containers shall be placed no nearer to the street than the front of the house, except during the period of time between 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled refuse pickup and 6:00 p.m. on the day following the day of scheduled refuse pickup.
