§ 51.38 RESALE OF WATER.
   No water shall be resold or furnished by the purchaser to any other premises or buildings except in case of emergency after approval by the Director of Public Works, or by his or her direction. This section shall not apply to multi-unit dwellings as defined in§ 51.34 of this subchapter.
