§ 50.84 DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS.
   Driveways, including, without limitation, driveway approaches and driveways crossing sidewalks, shall be constructed of asphalt or concrete and in compliance with this code and the Village of South Elgin Engineering Design & Inspection Policy Manual.
