All work, except a driveway constructed in conjunction with a single-family dwelling or a garage, shall be done under the supervision of the Director and in accordance with this code, and upon completion, shall be inspected by the Director. All driveways constructed in conjunction with single-family dwellings and garages shall be supervised by the Building Inspector and in accordance with this code, and upon completion, shall be inspected by the Building Inspector.
