(A) It is the responsibility of the owner of the lot or parcel adjacent to the parkway to maintain, trim, and mow the parkway in accordance with the standards set forth in Chapter 95 of this code. Violators shall be subject to all penalties set forth in this code, including, without limitation those set forth in Chapter 95, and all other penalties available by law.
(B) It is the responsibility of the owner of the lot or parcel served by a sidewalk, approach type, to maintain and repair such sidewalk, approach type.
