§ 73.03 PLACES OF OPERATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a mini-bike, go-cart, or snowmobile under the following conditions and in the following places:
   (A)   On private property of another, whether or not open to the public, without the express consent of the owner or lessee, or other person in control;
   (B)   On public school grounds, park property, playgrounds, sidewalks, recreational areas, and other public property without the express provision or consent by the proper public authority;
   (C)   Within 500 feet of any dwelling between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except where the operator is either the owner, lessee or invited guest.
   (D)   On or across railroad rights-of-way except to cross within 100 feet of highway intersection.
