§ 72.02 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying such vehicle for sale.
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except repairs necessitated by emergency.
