§ 91.71 VIOLATION FOR FAILURE TO DISPOSE PROPERTY.
   It shall be a violation of this chapter if any landlord, owner or agent of same, not including an officer of Kane County Sheriff’s Office executing the eviction, disposes or discards tenant personal property in a manner not in accordance with § 91.70.
