§ 115.20.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MUNICIPAL WASTE SYSTEM. The waste collection, transportation, and disposal system of the village operated under contract or franchise pursuant to § 115.20.04, including all physical assets of the village used for the collection, transportation and disposal of municipal solid waste, and all amounts collected on account of rates and charges imposed for said collection, transportation and disposal.
   MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE. The same definition as set forth in the Illinois Environmental Protection Act.
