(A) Mob action shall consist of any of the following:
(1) The use of force or violence disturbing the public peace by two or more persons acting together and without authority of law; or
(2) The assembly of two or more persons to do an unlawful act.
(B) No person shall engage in mob action within the park system.
(C) Any participant in a mob action that does not withdraw on being commanded to do so by any official shall be guilty of a violation of this chapter.
