§ 92.11 ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND SMOKING.
   (A)   No person present in the park system shall use or possess or have any alcoholic liquor or beverage of any kind. An exception is granted for those persons attending village-sponsored programming in Panton Mill Park on specified Wednesday evenings, from 5:00 p.m. until the end of the specific program, during the months of May, June, July and August. All alcoholic liquor or beverages shall be for personal consumption only and shall not be for sale. All other ordinances and laws concerning the public possession and consumption of alcoholic liquor and beverages remain in full force and effect at all times.
   (B)   No person shall carry, possess, use or ingest any drug or controlled substance illegal under the laws of the United States or the laws of the State of Illinois while in the park system.
   (C)   Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vape or vapor products, is prohibited everywhere within the park system.
