(A) No person shall throw, cast or hurl any stones, clubs, sticks, clump of dirt, snowballs, or ice within the park system.
(B) While on or in any property within the park system, no person shall throw, cast or hurl any object or projectile, including but not limited to stones, clubs, balls, sticks, clump of dirt, snowballs, or ice in the direction of a residence, building, structure or other property, real or personal, belonging to another, including the village or a constituent thereof.
