(A) Playgrounds and parks. No person 16 years of age or older shall in any manner use any of the playground or park apparatus or devices meant exclusively for the use of children.
(B) Parking. When signs are erected on or about a driveway, parking lot, parking area or such other portion of the park system owned or otherwise controlled by the village (hereafter "parking area"), giving notice thereof as to any limitations for or about parking thereon, including, but not limited to, a time limit as to parking, no person shall, at any time, park any motor vehicle (including but not limited to, any automobile, minibike, motorcycles, snowmobiles, trucks, power driven models) on such parking area or any parts thereof except as permitted within said limitations.
