§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Fireworks. Violation of §§ 92.30 et seq. shall be punishable with the maximum fine amount able to impose by S.C. Code §§ 14-25-65 or 30 days in jail.
