§ 92.30 DISCHARGING OF FIREWORKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to fire, shoot, or discharge any fireworks of any description between the hours of 11:00 p.m, and 9:00 a.m., with the exception of New Year's Eve, when the shooting or discharging of any fireworks is prohibited after 1:00 a.m. New Year's Day, or when otherwise excepted by Council. Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit possession and use of fireworks for public displays.
