The Lexington County Stormwater Ordinance 16-04 is hereby adopted by reference, which includes the Lexington County Land Development Manual, with the Flood Damage Prevention (Chapter 11) portion exempt, and shall be applicable within the town limits. The ordinance shall be enforced by the County Department of Public Works in conjunction with the town. The Lexington County Stormwater Ordinance 16-04 and the Lexington County Land Development Manual shall be published in a separate volume, a copy of which shall be maintained by the Municipal Clerk and filed as Appendix E to Town Ordinance 2016-04. In addition, they can be found online at www.lex-co.sc.gov under the Public Works Department.
