The Planning Engineer or his or her authorized representative shall inspect the work done under the approved plan periodically as deemed advisable. Upon completion of the work, he or she shall make a final inspection and if the work has been completed in accordance with the approved plan, written confirmation shall be issued to the applicant with a copy to the Soil and Water Conservation District.
