The sediment control and drainage plan and the flood control plan shall contain the following, as applicable:
(A) A vicinity map sufficient to locate the site and to show the relationship of the site to its general surroundings at a scale of not less than one (1) inch to one (1) mile.
(B) The site drawn to a scale of not less than one (1) inch to 200 feet, showing:
(1) The boundary lines of the site on which the work is to be performed, including the approximate acreage of the site;
(2) Existing contours with intervals of not more than two (2) feet, extending 100 feet outside of the site boundary lines (the Planning Engineer shall have the authority to alter this requirement as he or she deems necessary and proper);
(3) Proposed physical improvements on the site, including present development and future utilization if future development plans are known;
(4) All drainage provisions, flood protection provisions, erosion and sediment control measures, vegetative practices or other protective devices to be constructed in connection with, or as a part of, the proposed work;
(5) Provisions for storm water runoff control during construction and during the life of the facility, including a time schedule and sequence of operations indicating the anticipated starting and completion dates of each development operation;
(6) A complete and adequate grading plan for borrow pits and material processing facilities where applicable, showing the storm drainageways serving the areas; and
(7) A general description of the predominant soil types on the site.
(C) The name and address of the property owner, developer and petitioner.
(D) Title, scale, north arrow, date and name of individual or organization preparing plat, with seal.
(E) The plan and certifications shall be supported by the supplemental reports, data and additional information as the Planning Engineer may reasonably require.
(F) The following certifications:
(1) Applicant's certification.
"I (We) hereby certify that all clearing, grading, construction, and/or development will be done pursuant to this plan."

(2) Designer's certification.
"I hereby certify that this plan is designed to contain soil on the property concerned to the maximum extent, to provide for the protection of the property and the proposed improvements thereon from the ravages of flooding, to provide for the control of the runoff from the property, and that all the provisions for sediment control and storm drainage are in accordance with the sediment control and storm drainage chapter for Lexington County, South Carolina."
