Where any authorization, bonds or other securities are required by applicable laws, regulations or ordinances for any part of the proposed work to be done under the plan, the applicant shall, upon request, furnish the Department of Planning and Development with satisfactory evidence that the requirements have been met before the commencement of work under an approved application.
