(A) Each collector may charge his or her customers a fee for his or her solid waste collection service not to exceed the amount as shall from time to time be set by the Town Council. A collector may charge less than the maximum fee established herein.
(B) Each collector shall maintain a uniform billing system and the collector's name, address and telephone number must appear on all statements, bill, receipts and correspondence issued in the conduct of his or her solid waste collection business.
(C) Request for a change of the maximum fees established herein may be made in writing to the Town Council by the collector.
(D) The staff shall study and evaluate any request and make a recommendation thereon to the Town Council. The collector shall have the right to be heard by the Town Council prior to Council action on any request.
