(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Garbage franchise.
(1) Any person who shall violate any provision of this subchapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not exceeding the sum of $200 dollars or be imprisoned for 30 days. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(2) In addition to the above penalty, the Town Council may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive relief restraining any person, firm or corporation from any act prohibited by the provisions of this subchapter.
