§ 111.23 EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO PROVIDE COLLECTION SERVICE.
   The holder of a franchise shall have the exclusive right to collect and dispose of solid waste from single-family and duplex residential households located within the franchise area which subscribe to the service.
