§ 153.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any violation of the town’s zoning ordinance or amendments thereto (§ 153.15) shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any violation of the town’s subdivision regulations (§ 153.16) is punishable as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
