The town’s subdivision ordinance, adopted August 6, 1973, as part of the town’s prior code, Sections 16-6 through 16-31, containing the town’s land development and subdivision regulations, and any and all amendments thereto, are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. A copy of the town’s subdivision ordinance and any amendments are on file in the Town Clerk-Treasurer’s office.
