§ 114.22 OPERATING RULES.
   All farmers’ markets have an established set of market guidelines and operating rules addressing the governance of the farmers’ market, hours of operation, maintenance, insurance, security requirements and responsibilities, and appointment of a market manager pending the approval by the governing board.
