§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who engages in any business, profession, trade, or occupation, or exercises any privileges, for which a license or permit is required by §§ 114.01 through 114.07, without a valid license or permit as thereby required, or who otherwise violates any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
