(A) Every shooting gallery constructed, established, set up, or operated hereafter shall be constructed, established, set up, and operated in accordance with the standards, specifications, and requirements of state law and comply with all the requirements thereof.
(B) No shooting gallery shall be operated until a license has been secured therefor in accordance with this chapter.
(C) Any violation of any provision of this section or of any provision of 63 O.S. §§ 701 through 708 shall be deemed an offense against the town, and shall be punishable as such.
