§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.11 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   (1)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 112.25 through 112.36 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

      (2)   Any person violating any provision of § 112.35 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term of not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. In addition, such violation shall be grounds for revocation of any license or permit for the sale of such beverages, as and in the manner provided by law.
