Word, phrases, and terms used in this subchapter shall have the meaning prescribed by, and be construed in conformity with, the definitions of the same set forth in the state’s Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, 37 O.S. §§ 501 to 566, with the same force and effect as if the definitions were set forth in full in this subchapter, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning or constructions.
