(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person who shall fail and refuse to comply with the provisions of §§ 111.01 through 111.03 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by fine not more $500 maximum per § 10.99 of this code, and/or incarceration in the county jail for not more than 30 days.
