§ 111.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, a TRANSIENT MERCHANT, ITINERANT MERCHANT, or ITINERANT VENDOR is defined as any person, whether as owner, agent, consignee, or employee, whether a resident of the town or not, who engages in a temporary business of selling and delivering goods, wares, and merchandise within the town. For the purpose of this subchapter, transient merchant, itinerant merchant, and itinerant vendor shall be referred to as “transient merchant” through the remainder of this subchapter.
