§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 94.01 through 94.04 or any law or code adopted by reference in this chapter is guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code. In addition, thereto, such person may be enjoined from continuing such violations.
   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 94.15 through 94.20, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation found violating any provision of §§ 94.35 through 94.48 shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code and/or a lien assessed against the property for administrative costs and mowing charges.

   (E)   Any unauthorized dumping will be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (F)   Any person who violates any provision of § 94.60 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code. In addition thereto, any person convicted of violation may be enjoined from continuing the violation.

   (G)   Any person who violates any of the provisions of §§ 94.60 through 94.62 is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
