Anywhere in this chapter where the word or words “Health Officer” are used it shall be construed to mean the director of the county’s Health Department or his, her, or their duly designated representative. It is the intent and purpose of the Mayor and town’s Board of Trustees to delegate the enforcement of the health ordinances of the town as set out in this subchapter and any such decisions rendered under this subchapter shall be subject to review by the governing board upon an appeal from an offender.
