(A) Part II of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance, latest edition, recommended by the U.S. Public Health Service, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference to govern and regulate the production, transportation, processing, handling, sampling, examination, grading, labeling and sale of milk and milk products sold for ultimate consumption within the town limits or its police jurisdiction; the inspection of dairy farms, dairy herds and milk plants; the issuing and revocation of permits to milk producers, haulers, and distributors.
