§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.11 shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 93.25 through 93,27, shall be guilty of an offense, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in § 10.99 of this code.
