This section applies to the keeping of animals within the limited number herein set forth, in medical laboratories and educational institutions for medical research or in veterinarian hospitals for treatment or in pet shops for resale, they shall be kept under the same conditions prescribed by this chapter with the distance and structural requirements herein otherwise set forth.
