(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, or who violates, refuses or neglects to carry out any reasonable order made by the Health Officer or town’s Police Chief pursuant to this chapter, shall upon conviction thereof be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code.

(C) In addition to, or in lieu of, impounding a public nuisance or at-large animal, the animal control or police officer may issue a citation to the owner and the Court may impose a fine of not less than $25 and not more than a maximum as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. An owner harboring or possessing a vicious animal may be issued a citation and fined in the amounts as set forth herein, and the Court may further order such animal, if still living to be destroyed.

(D) In addition to being a misdemeanor, a violation of § 90.21 would be subject to a civil penalty of $100 per day for each day of the violation.
