§ 71.16 INATTENTIVE DRIVING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle in a careless, unobservant, distracted, or preoccupied manner in the town. Inattentive driving shall include any person who drives a motor vehicle in a distracted manner not being aware of their surroundings, this is to include but not limited to cell phone usage.
