(A) Any person violating any provision of this traffic code for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violations of the provisions of this traffic code shall be punishable by fine or imprisonment as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(C) Any vehicle found to be violating § 70.16 in any capacity is in violation of the municipal ordinances for the town and is subject to a fine and costs as established by the Municipal Judge.
