§ 71.03 VEHICLE LICENSE REQUIRED.
   No person shall drive, propel, move, or park on the streets of the town any motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer unless the motor vehicle, trailer, or semi-trailer is licensed as required by state law and the license is conspicuously displayed thereon.
