(A) No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a vehicle owned by him, her, or them, registered in his, her, or their name or under his, her, or their control to be driven, parked, or stopped in violation of any provision of this section.
(B) No parent of any child or guardian of any ward shall cause, authorize or knowingly permit such child or ward to violate any provision of this traffic code.
