Any person who desires to use water shall put up with the Town Clerk-Treasurer as a meter deposit the amount which is established. The Board of Trustees may establish classifications of customers, such as residences, mobile homes, location inside or outside of town’s limits, and various types of businesses, for different deposit requirements.
