Any person who, in any manner, directly or indirectly, violates or permits others under his, her, or their supervision, custody, or control to violate any term of a duly published proclamation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any violation of the provisions of the Mayor’s proclamation or action of the Board shall be punishable by a fine or imprisonment as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
