(A) The Village Commission desires to participate in the County Vice and Organized Crime Task Force to preserve the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the citizens of the village.
(B) The Village Commission approves the memorandum of understanding, consistent with the agreement, a copy of which is marked Exhibit A and is adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
(C) The Village Police Chief is authorized and directed to execute the memorandum of understanding and to take appropriate actions necessary to implement the terms of the memorandum of understanding.
