§ 93.08 MAINTENANCE AND REMOVAL.
   (A)   Any street tree, tree, shrub, bush and other woody vegetation existing or planted in or on the tree lawn, in or on the public right-of-way, or in or on property owned by the village may be removed by the village, as it determines to be necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
   (B)   Any street tree, tree, shrub, bush and other woody vegetation existing or planted in or on the tree lawn, in or on the public right-of-way, or in or on property owned by the village may be maintained by the village, as it determines to be necessary to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
   (C)   The Tree Commission may cause the maintenance and/or removal of any street trees, trees, shrubs, bushes and other woody vegetation by using the village employees or private contractors under contract with the village.
