§ 93.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LARGE TREE. Any tree more than 45 feet tall.
   MEDIUM TREE. Any tree greater than 25 feet tall, up to 45 feet tall.
   PRIVATE TREE. Any tree, shrub, bush or other woody vegetation on private property owned by the landowner.
   SMALL TREE. Any tree ten feet tall and up to 25 feet tall.
   STREET TREE. Any tree, shrub, bush or other woody vegetation on land (tree lawns) lying between sidewalks or property lines where no sidewalk exists and the pavement or curbs on all streets, avenues, lanes and the like within the village.
   TREE LAWN. The strip of land lying between sidewalks or property and the pavement on all streets, avenues, lanes and the like within the village.
   TREE WELL. A space within the sidewalk left open and without concrete where a street tree may be planted because no tree lawn exists.
